The Climate Action Museum exists to spark learning, debate, and action on climate. Join CAM Founder Doug Farr for an inspiring and interactive immersion in the climate action choices available to each of us. Participants will be asked to pledge to undertake non-trivial climate actions. If you care about the climate, and need a nudge to do something about it, the Climate Action Immersion tour is for you!
More dates coming soon!
These tours are meant to provide an option for our guests to have a guided tour when your group is smaller and doesn’t necessitate a private booked tour. Anyone is welcome to join and the capacity for these tours will be 16 people max. If you have visited the Climate Action Museum and would like to bring back a friend or family member, this is a great way to have a guided tour without needing to pay the fees for booking a private group tour.
The format will continue to evolve as we find out what works best but you can expect a lively discussion with Doug Farr as he leads you through the museum exhibits and inspires you to take action!

Harmony Within: Exploring Emotional Intelligence for Climate Action
Thursday, September 26th from 4PM-7PM
Format: 3 Hours, 1/2 hour meet & greet, 2 hr/workshop, 1/2 hr Q&A
Join us this fall for a transformative session hosted by the Climate Action Museum and facilitated by the FireKeeper Academy, founded by Danny Vader and Hélène van Engelen of the Netherlands. With a combined 30 years of experience spanning banking, IT, consultancy, the health industry, and therapy, Danny and Hélène bring a unique blend of professional expertise and spiritual wisdom to their work. Inspired by indigenous cultures and the teachings of nature, their journey is deeply rooted in both professional acumen and spiritual growth.
As we confront the urgency of Mother Nature's distress, understanding emotional intelligence becomes crucial. It extends beyond human emotions to encompass the energies of people, nature, and our ethical compass. This session will delve into these connections, exploring how emotional intelligence can help navigate the climate challenges facing our built environment.
During this enlightening workshop, participants will explore emotional intelligence from multiple perspectives. Starting with self-awareness and personal growth, we will expand our understanding to include the emotional intelligence inherent in nature and its influence on social connections. We will also examine its role in shaping community dynamics and leadership, fostering collective resonance in environmental action. At the FireKeeper Academy, we honor the transformative power symbolized by fire —an energy source that inspires and brings peace to all life forms.
Join us on a journey of self-discovery and collective evolution as we learn to listen to the fire burning within ourselves and nature. Discover your natural allies and move towards balance.
Mark your calendars for this enlightening session and embark on a path to deeper connection and understanding. Together, let's ignite the flames of change and pave the way for a brighter future for our built environment and beyond.
